Proton Preve to be launched this week

Malaysian-made saloon will become the first player in the Thai C-segment sector to employ turbo tech

It looks rather good...

Yes, particularly for a car developed by Proton. The Preve you see here is an all-new C-segment saloon that has just been launched in Malaysia and is due to hit Thai showrooms after an outing at this week's Motor Expo.

It looks like a Honda Civic. Isn't it? A copy?

I drive already in it in Malaysia, what a great car in driving and specs. Pity Thai turn away their head when they see the brand Proton. They should know better especially now with the Exora and Preve.
Great cars with a very reasonable price.

Too bad there is no independent source in Thailand that tracks owners satisfaction and reported problems with specific brands and models of vehicles. Proton cars have been available in Thailand for years, yet there is no way of knowing how well they compare with Japanese cars. In the US, we have both the JD Powers and Consumer Reports surveys that provide unbiased information about reliability and quality.
