A member of the Pheu Thai Party on Wednesday filed a complaint with the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) against six Constitution Court judges for alleged neglect of duty.

Singthong Buachum was accompanied by Pheu Thai lawyer Picha Wijitsilp when he filed the complaint with Pol Lt-Col Natpakorn Panyadi, a CSD investigator.

The six judges named in the complaint are Charan Pakdithanakul, Charoon Inthacharn, Chalermpol Ek-uru, Nurak Mapraneet, Supoj Khaimuk and Udomsak Nitimontri.

Did the DSI actually accept this as a case? Surely not.

    Contempt of court, anyone?

D#1; How is the Pitak Siam protest have anything to do with democracy, I thought that that group was calling for the undemocratic overthrow (by coup if necessary) of an elected government? Maybe freedom of speech issue, but not a democracy issue.... there are many limits on the freedom of speech in Thailand (which is limited when it comes into conflict with more important issues that Thailand deems important).
