Action sought against PM, 2 others

The Green Politics group on Wednesday petitioned the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) to investigate and take legal action against Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and two other people for allowing Channel 11 to broadcast live former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra's speech from Macau on Sunday.

The two others named in the petition are Prime Minister's Office Minister Sansanee Nakpong and Public Relations Department chief and Channel 11 director Thirapong Sodasri.

The three were accused of malfeasance in violation of Article 157 of the Criminal Code.

    DS.1. = Are you Serious ?

    It DIDn't happened like this ;

    During the regular braodcasting, it was a business as usual until a guy, believed to be Aieh Pued, the same guy who was close to that Bang Khun Tien Man, tripped over the messy wires, and by luck , the action was somehow trickled the switchboard to have the reception changed to focus on that guy.

    So, it was an accident, case close, NEXT !

    Even I don't like Taksin, Genii you are right. Before he was killed by Intelligence American soldiers, Ben Laden has spoken and held speeches on TV around the world... Same about Gadhafi, Sadam....We never condamn the TV to have showed them...
    Referring the speech of Taksin on Channel 11, we can only consider a lack of ethic from government/PTP/Channel11 executives, but nothing else...

    I am still trying to find a law that prohibits a person from appearing on TV. There are many whom appear on TV daily that have criminal records, arrest warrants, out on bail and even some whom are in jail at the time. I wish people were as obssessed with helping the country as they are with Thaksin.
