Developing super luxury condominiums with "Sumitomo Forestry"
Property Perfect and Grande Asset open a new chapter in the property industry by joining hands with Sumitomo Forestry, a leading 300-year company in Japan's forestry and construction industry, in launching high-end condominium projects worth over Bt16,000 million. The first is Hyde Heritage Thonglor which is open for presales. The next by the Chao Phraya River is in the designing stage, slated for launch in 2019.
Launching high-end residents together with Hongkong Land
Partnership with Hongkong Land further elevates competitiveness. Both companies will jointly launch 2 high-end housing estates valued more than Bt12,700 million. The joint venture has already bought the land on Chaeng Wattana Road for the first project. The second project will be located on the east of Bangkok.
Introducing modular home innovation with Sekisui Chemical
The partnership inked with Sekisui Chemical, a high-quality construction company in Japan, is aimed at introducing home innovation through advanced construction technology. The jointly-created modular home will become a part of Perfect Masterpiece Project, slated for launch in early 2019.
