Langsuan Road, despite its short length, is an urban oasis. Development on Langsuan Road targets high-end consumers who have high purchasing power because the value of the land rises constantly. It is recorded fact that land in Langsuan is among the most expensive in Bangkok. The real retail price, however, ranges from 1 million to 1.5 million baht per square wah, and seems to increase every year.

It’s not hard to see why the price has risen beyond a million baht per square wah. So, how expensive are the condominiums on this road?

Condominiums on Langsuan Road are in great demand. A quick survey at a recently launched freehold condominium project on Langsuan Road on the Sarasin side revealed the price to be around THB 300,000 ++ per square meter. You will need at least THB 25 million to own a unit here (sizes start at 80 square meters). The project quickly sold out after its launch. As previously mentioned, freehold projects are popular, so they usually go fast.

In fact, there are only a few pieces of land that can be developed into freehold condominiums and there is no guarantee that they will be developed. Last month, however, an onsite survey revealed that a new freehold condominium will soon be launched here, so we wanted to share this news with you. From Chidlom BTS station, walk toward Mater Dei and you will see, just 200m from the school, The Portico, the new hangout spot on Langsuan Road. Next to The Portico, you will see a luxury building. We’ve been informed that this is a low-rise freehold condominium project. However, sales at this project have unfortunately closed. Not far from that project is a sign saying Na Vara Residence.

Get your money ready for this project, which is located on a prime spot on Langsuan, towards the Chidlom side. It is close to the BTS station, opposite Mater Dei School. Transportation-wise, it is very convenient, while remaining a private location in the middle of the city. Reservation is now open for those looking for a freehold luxury condominium.
