A quick survey at a recently launched freehold condominium project on Langsuan Road on the Sarasin side revealed the price to be around THB 300,000 ++ per square meter. You will need at least THB 25 million to own a unit here (sizes start at 80 square meters). The project quickly sold out after its launch. As previously mentioned, freehold projects are popular, so they usually go fast.
In fact, there are only a few pieces of land that can be developed into freehold condominiums and there is no guarantee that they will be developed. Last month, however, an onsite survey revealed that a new freehold condominium will soon be launched here, so we wanted to share this news with you. From Chidlom BTS station, walk toward Mater Dei and you will see, just 200m from the school, The Portico, the new hangout spot on Langsuan Road. Next to The Portico, you will see a luxury building.
