Anyone has experience with "SHARP" home appliances?

Dear friends

After my house was flooded last year I had to buy new washing machine. However the brand I preferred was not available because the factory was also flooded. So I had to buy Sharp brand which was the only one that was available (top load).
So, a little more than one month ago one 10-Baht coin slipped under the washing tube and I asked Powerbuy sales person if they could fix it, but she advised me to contact SHARP service center.

Now, we tried calling but we were always told to leave a message. So we did. But no response. We even asked our Thai friend but the same thing happened. And I tried leaving message through their website but there was an error message "Save data not complete" so I am not sure whether the message could reach them.

But I found some private service centers they put on their (SHARP's) website. So one month ago we called one of them and they came and removed the coin. Then someone from SHARP called but it was too late and I told him I already called one of the service centers.

But now I have new problem that is I find, almost every day, pieces of broken plastic inside the tub (the same colour as the washing tub). So again we tried calling SHARP to no avail. I do not trust the private service center anymore. They charged me 1,000 Baht but it looks like they didn't really know what they're doing.

I am very disappointed with their after sales service. I expected more of a multinational company but my expectation was not met. Anyone have similar experience? or advise?

Thanks a lot in advance
