Mr. Khwankeo Vajarodaya (front row, 4th right), Chairperson of The Dusit Thani College Coucil; Mr. Tsutomu Nakagawa (front row, 3rd right) Minister Embassy of Japan in Thailand and Mr. Yoshiki Tsuji (front row, 5th left) President and owner of Tsuji Culinary Institute Group recently presided over the official launch of the “Authentic Japanese Cuisine Course” to the general public and student at Dusit Thani College.

The main aim of this course is to share methods of preparing authentic Japanese cuisine, with those who want to experience both cooking demonstrations and practice of each of the 60 authentic Japanese recipes. All students will have the chance to take a journey into the heart of great Japanese culinary traditions and learn cooking techniques.
