Standard International has announced its partnership with two Thai prominent developers to open two branded residences in Thailand.

In cooperation with Sansiri Pcl, a luxury real estate property developer, comes The Standard Residences, Hua Hin. Through a partnership with CG Capital Limited, an investment management firm under the Central Group, comes The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao. The combined value of both projects exceeds B8.5 billion.
The Standard International opened its first hotel in Hollywood 25 years ago before expanding worldwide. While the hotels stand out as an intersection of design, art, fashion and culinary delights to music and nightlife, The Standard Residences aims to bring distinct styles and standards synonymous with the brand.
The Standard Residences, Hua Hin, is the first property to open and will be a seaside retreat on a beachfront plot. It comprises 245 units across 12 buildings, with one-bedroom residences ranging from 40-52m² and a 220m² pool villa. Amenities include a pickleball court, gym, wellness area, pet park and more. Residents can enjoy special discounts at The Standard, Hua Hin. The pre-sale period starts next month, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026.
The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao spans 19 rai, with 12 rai for the project, and the rest belongs to The Peri Hotel Phuket Bang Tao. The development comprises six buildings with 188 units. One-bedroom units begin at 75m² to duplexes at 313m². Amenities include a co-working space, games zone, fitness centre, 25m swimming pool and children's pool. Additionally, residents can indulge in spa services, 24-hour concierge staff, pick-up services and a shuttle bus to the beach. Pre-sales begin in April, with development completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The "Friends With Benefits" perks include a 10-15% discount on dining at The Standard and The Peri Hotel across Thailand, as well as up to 25% on accommodation at The Standard hotels worldwide. FWB also comes first dibs on ticketed events at preferential prices.
