Franck Putelat comes from Jura, a mountain region in the east of France. The wooded territory has inspired his work ethic, freedom of expression and passion for absolute excellence.

The young Putelat began his career in the French-traditional manner by acquiring Brevet de Maîtrise diplomas, with an extraordinary determination to rise to the top.

In 1998, he took over La Barbacane in Carcassonne, France. After earning his first Michelin star there, he won a Bocuse d'Argent at the 2003 edition of the internationally prestigious cooking event, raising him to the highest level of the culinary world and allowing him to continue discovering culinary cultures through travel.

Putelat opened his own brainchild, Hôtel Restaurant Le Parc, in 2005. La Table de Franck Putelat, a gastronomic restaurant, has obtained two Michelin stars within just seven years of opening to the public.

La Vie's seven-course creative French cuisine dinner by Franck Putelat is priced at 6,000 baht per person or 8,000 baht per person with pairing wines.
