Camillian Home, a registered non-profit children’s charity, is organising its third charity gala dinner to benefit Thai children with disabilities and serious illnesses.

The event is set for 6pm on June 21 at Dusit Thani Hotel’s Napalai Ballroom.
The evening’s scintillating entertainment will feature a performance by Thailand’s waacking — a form of street dance — drag queen Miss Pangina Heals and music by DJ Seaman DC, the Camillian Home children and the Attack Aardvark Band.
Actress, model and TV Cindy Bishop will host the evening’s programme. There will also be a silent auction.
Prizes include holiday getaway packages from luxury properties such as Hansar Samui, Westin Siray Bay Resort and Spa, luxury furniture from P.Tendercool and Dellarobbia, dining vouchers from Bangkok’s top restaurants including LaBottega, Indus, Appia and Nadimos.
Established in 2009 by Father Giovanni Contarin, Camillian Home is one of the few facilities in Thailand dedicated to caring for abandoned children in a family atmosphere and aims to serve as a model in caring for vulnerable children with special needs.Last year’s charity gala dinner raised 1.6 million baht, but this year’s goal is 2 million. All proceeds will directly benefit the Camillian Home.
Tickets cost 4,200 baht, including a four-course dinner and wines, and can be purchased at Camillian Home.
