Rayong oil spill

Ao Phrao bay on Koh Samet in Rayong province was hit by a devastating oil slick when crude oil leaked into the sea from an offshore pipeline at a refinery operated by PTT Global Chemical Plc (PTTGC) in Map Ta Phut industrial estate on July 27.
