Hundreds of residents fled in panic when a fire broke out at an oil refinery owned by Bangchak Petroleum Plc in Bangkok's Phra Khanong district. Nobody was injured in the blaze, which brought oil production to a halt and is expected to cost the company 30million baht. The fire is believed to have been caused by a hydrogen leak, began at about 7 am at a bunker oil refinery unit.  The blaze was brought under control within 30 minutes. Video by Kosol Nakachol.
