SAMUT PRAKAN - A 14-year-old girl claims she stabbed and killed a rapist after he refused to let her go and tried to rape her a second time.

Police received a report from a hospital at about 1.30am on Thursday that a man with a severe knife wound to his chest had been admitted earlier and subsequently succumbed to his injury.

The man was identified as Wichean Chankrachang, 43.

i do not know the reason why thai police calls rape a crime......

prostitution is not a crime in Thailand, is a legalized business in Thai, what a shameful and ungodly country, prosperous in prostitution
well know by crimes. on the judgement day the rapist will rise and charge against this country and their leaders. they legalized prostitution, injustice and selfishness. only God will judge the world

This is the BP. Often the facts are not correct. She escaped but was found on the bed when police arrived. Now thats jornalistic integrity.

Maran22, read again, she escaped after she stabbed the man , the injured man was carried out by his friend, the fist time he planed to let her go by calling friend to take her then decided to keep her and attemped second act.The man underestimated her , carelessly left the knife on the bedside table.When sex clouds the judgement many men slip.

whatever the girl said might not be the total truth but she could be in a terrifying state and all things happened to her was not really enjoyable. She was assaulted, raped and god knows what else have they done...she probably found the knife accidentally and might have usedit in defence. The suspect also had previous criminal records so he deserved his own sentenced.

Assuming that this report is accurate, the rapist got what he deserved. Now a 14 year old girl has to deal with an abduction, rape and killing a person. That is a lot for anyone let alone a 14 year old girl.

So let me get this straight.
According to the article, the girl stabbs the guy and then manages to escape from the house. When police later come to the house however, she is for some reason lying on the bed...? Did she return to the house after she escaped?
Sounds fishy.

Maybe this story is true, but somehow I have my doubts. Would a rapist leave a knife near the bed? Would a rapist turn off the light? Obviously I don’t know the truth but somehow this information seems to be strange.
