Serial post office robbers caught

A married couple has confessed to robbing about 20 post offices in at least 10 provinces after being arrested in Ayutthaya province, Provincial Police Region 7 commander Harnpol Nitwiboon said on Friday.

Pol Maj Gen Harnpol held a press briefing to announce the arrest of Wichai Sawangyart, 29, and his wife, Somkid Chuenrutai, 20.

The couple were apprehended on Wednesday along with stolen cash and othr loot, and two pistiols, one .38 and one .22 calibre, at a village in Ayutthaya's Bang Sai district.

    Now, once again. Well, I think the real serial post office robbers are the employees themselves or at least the custom section where the post from abroad arrives. A packet sent from the US to me in December, complete with track number is not ever registered as arrived. In other words it disappeared BEFORE the mandatory bar code scanning. Talking about serial post office robbers.. In case someone is reading.... The Customs Declaration tracking number is : EC 697 155 684 US.

    Why are you persistently not writing the truth as send in by me that most post disappears because of the customs and postal workers themselves? I wrote several times this information. If nobody writes about this nothing will ever change and post will disappear too regularly. Very disappointing that the only ones who can make a difference, the (moderators) BKK Post, is not printing this true information.
