For the life of me I can not figure out why, but I am now sitting here wondering "only 7th". What did he do, or what didn't he do that he's not first? And, how deep does this list go?

I agree with all 5 comments here!
The biggest questin is how he wasn't put in prison when in 1998 because of a drug conviction.

    Ahhh policeman! say no more.

"Mr Suppol told police he was a former police officer with the rank of lieutenant colonel. He was dismissed from the force in 1998 because of a drug conviction." That was it? He was convicted of dealing in drugs, so he was dismissed?

arresting criminals in this country is useless as they can just post a bail and are free to continue their illigal activities. It's just a matter of money and one can set free again. What a sigh
