Police have arrested a man allegedly involved in killing a Japanese tourist and stealing money the victim won at a Cambodian casino. 

Sok Na: Accused of targeting gamblers

Pol Maj Gen Ronasilp Pusara, commander of the investigation and interrogation division at the Immigration Police Bureau, said 28-year-old Cambodian national Sok Na fled to Thailand last month and was located in Chachoengsao province on Thursday.
