No booze network targets Singha

A group that campaigns against drinking alcohol has accused Singha Corporation of violating the Alcohol Beverage Control Act 2008 by selling alcoholicbeverages in prohibited places.

Thira Watcharaprani, manager of the StopDrink Network, said a petition was submitted to Interior Minister Charupong Ruangsuwan and the Office of Alcohol Beverage, Department of Disease Control, Public Health Ministry, complaining about a concert organised at a stadium by Singha on Feb 23 this year in Phichit province.

    Can't drink alcohol in government premise, but Chalerm drank alcohol and got a bit tipys during his trip overseas, not to mention meetings in Thailand.

    Can’t drink alcohol in government premises?
    How come some MPs appear to have had one over the eight? Maybe they just slur their speech for the benefit of TV viewers.
