To mark its 120th anniversary in Thailand, Nestle is organising the "Live Healthy, Live for More... Nestle 120 Years Mobile Expo".

The ‘Live Healthy, Live for More... Nestle 120 Years Mobile Expo’ will be on at Rajamangala National Stadium from Friday until Sunday.

The expo will feature activities promoting long-term health and wellness among Thai families.

The event will run from Friday to Sunday from 4pm to 9pm at Rajamangala National Stadium on Ramkhamhaeng Road.

There will be 13 activity zones that will meet the different needs and lifestyles of every family member.

The "Nestle 120 Years Side by Side with Thais" zone presents the company's history and its role in the country's social development and way of life during the past 120 years.

Visitors can find inspiration to embark on a self-care journey at the "Inspiration" zone. Enjoy delicious recipes selected by Nestle's nutrition specialists who will also share tips on how to choose raw materials and cook nutritional dishes at the "Healthy Meal" zone.

There are "Healthy Pet" and "Health Check-up" areas, while aerobics, music, a singing contest and a talent show will be held on stage, and visitors are invited to browse through quality products at the "Healthy Flea Market".

The other six zones are: "Healthy Diets & Lifestyle", "Creating Shared Value", "Read the Label", "Start Healthy Stay Healthy", "Exercise for Health", and "Smart and Active Kids".

Admission to the expo is free of charge.
