Sukumpol: Don’t join Seh Ai rally

Defence Minister Sukumpol Suawanatat on Friday called on people to refrain from joining in tomorrow’s anti-government rally at the Royal Plaza led by Gen Boonlert Kaewparasit, or Seh Ai, leader of the Pitak Siam group.

The country is now moving forward well and nothing should derail it, said ACM Sukumpol.

Asked about the government’s decision to invoke the Internal Security Act (ISA) in the three districts of Bangkok, the minister said it is to prevent any unrest from occurring.

D13, in hindsight not necessary for Isa in hua Hin.... So will you say the same on Monday if it was not necessary?

Abhisit did right in invoking ISA in Hua Hin and Phuket because he learnt already what the Red thugs were able to do during the ASEAN meeting in Pattaya in April 2009...

ACM Sukumpol, excuses sir, the cat is out of the back and you did your fair bit creating this by going unnecessarily after a well loved honest educated past leader of this country. No no, not Thaksin sir, he is the opposite of what this country needs to move forward (if in doubt, look up "forward" in the dictionary). All the trickery you support will come to an (unpleasant?) end sooner than later like one and one equals two. Do you really think everybody is simplistic and short sighted?

It seems that the Defense Minister Sukumpol has confusion between forward and backward. When Sukumpol scrutinizes the Abhisit’s military documents older than 20 years, then, he watches backward.
