Remember when you were 15? Did you go to school unsupervised? Went to your friends unsupervised?.... I doubt that she was walking on the highway, but on the frontage road instead. Well maybe it is not that safe to walk there, but what about motorcycles that drive against traffic with 3 or more people on them (without helmets)...Maybe they also should not be driving there....

Lesson for every one who jog.Don't jog by the highways. it is dangerious!!! the best highways the traffics will go very fast. never mind it is the bad highway stated in this news. The country road where I live is two ways lanes, young foreign voluteers mostly from Europe work to earn during the summer at the Salvation army camp walk to town 2 miles got killed. It is on the news every summer.

Unfortunate accident that should not have happened. I wonder why a 15 year old Girl is out unsupervised in the first place and who taught her that it is safe to Jogging along a highway and mixing with traffic. Even in Korea this would be considered dangerous.

Sorry....nothing to do with the road...I know that road very well as I have done recently many surveys in that area. Please blame the driver for not being capable enough to drive a car. Please blame the government for making the driver license a joke. Have a look at HW 1...how many accidents every day? How many times a truck in the ditch...180 degrees turned? This has partially to do with the road and the bad state some trucks and cars are in... But then again...everything falls and stands with the law and the people who make the laws and control the laws (government and police)....

This is an accident caused by Human negligence so someone should be held liable. One innocent life was lost again. Condolence to her family.

So sorry. But this is an accident. The Thai government compulsory insurance will have to pay for that.
