"Advertisements had been published in various news media inviting the public to invest in the fund, and this could be in violation of the law.........", now wouldn't you investigate fully before filing a new petition? It's going to be good to see if the first investigation results in any charges.

Pheu Thai files fresh charge over skytrain extension.

Of coarse they did. The rope is getting shorter and amnesty for the sorcerer is not in site yet. They need to continue to create a diversion until amnesty is in site.

Wouldn't surprise me if the soapy included the sky train extension diversion as well.

So what else is new, the public gets cheated all the time by corrupt politicians whose only desire is to put the people's money in their pockets.

This is getting uglier and uglier and something is going snap sooner or later, don't be surprised if the courts come out with a dissolution case against PT for acting as a proxy, the case if far more convincing of outright guilt than the contrived charges they are attacking the Democrat Party with.

This extension and switching to operating fee has allowed BTS to sell assets and collect up to 45,000 million baht. (khaohoon 9/11/55) They need to do it now to have 30 years life of project to form BTS Infrastructure Fund. BTS will get another 40-50,000 million baht from selling this fund. No surprise on why the rush and how much people and party who sign it will get.
