donduck agreed 1600 generals and not a plan of action, but dont blame them for bangkok, but the trickster who casted his spell, also tak baki was littered with bodies as were 2500 in the north, was that bravery

dickemery absolutely right AGAIN. All those darned red shirts - their bodies just littered the streets, thanks to the incredibly brave, well-planned acts of the military. But there's a problem you duck, dodge and refuse to face. The army in nine years can't subdue an actual threat to the nation. Even when it holds full political power. Even when the streets are quiet. Even when it holds the entire country at gunpoint. Even when it seizes ALL power in a coup, the army still can't end, subdue or even weaken a mortal, national threat to the nation in the South. Neither can the Democrats. But yes, no more troublesome red shirts.

donduck but it was the red who burnt bangkok and looted and your secret men in black who fired upon anyone to cause mayhem, had you forgotten ?

They are quick to say it's militants, did they see them, and did they arrest them? No No No because nobody there to watch and protect, no CCTV either and no police or army patrols. Just a normal drive by shooting that could have been carried out by a pid gunmen, on the orders of some provincial lord. What is Yingluck and Chalerm doing about this, what have they ever done and why do they still have a job in government?

The last option is to bring the Thai Southern problem to the UNO... It's so enough dead, we are fed up to see these beautiful three provinces to sink in anarchy !!!!

mdssr I bet you that if the people in the South tried to take action to protect themselves the army would turn on them and kill, yes kill that attempt quickly. The army is ever so good at killing protests and malcontents. I pity the South, taking it from both sides.

To CM farang...agree 100% with you...If i had to live there,i sure would carry something to protect myself... It is happening right now in Mexico, people are fed up with the killings and they now start to take the laws into their own hands since the cops and the army cannot succeed ! It should not happen this way but it seems like there were no other ways...

dickemery, you probably are right. But what of the Democrat regime that bought the votes of these people? What of the powerful military junta, able to gun down and literally kill street protests in Bangkok? No disgrace to them, right?

  • Discussion 15 : 03 Feb 2013 at 09.0015

its quite obvious this regime only care for their northern supporters, alot of investment into government building up there, but not education, yet in the deep south, they will continue to do very little as witnessed by all, because as reported ,they are not there supporters, its a national disgrace and the media should play a stronger role and ask pm yingluck some tough questions ?
