Gold marriage cert on Valentine's Day

Bang Rak district office is offering 12 gold marriage certificates for 12 lucky couples who register their marriage at the district office on Valentine's Day.
Bang Rak district chief Suachana Sudcharoen said the office will offer marriage registration service between 8am and 6pm on Feb 14, 2013. The application forms will be distributed from 7am.
In each hour, a gold marriage registration certificate will be given to a lucky couple, sponsored by the Gem and Jewellery Traders Association.
