Police on Sunday arrested a man accused of using stolen credit cards to buy goods in shopping malls.

Pol Maj Gen Roy Ingpairoj, the Tourist Police Division chief, said the man was identified as Yongyuth Rakchartthai, 37.

D1 am pretty sure this story counts as news. A thief / fraudster and a potential wider gang of thieves / fraudsters arrested is the kind of story people will want to see. It will restore some people's confidence in the police too perhaps
