More doom monger commenting D5. I am interested to know why you are actually in Thailand or why choose to comment on Thai issues from afar. On a topical note please give some source for the 1% statistic please, personally doubt it would be so low

The police only catch who they want which is less than 1% of all criminals in Thailand.

With his last name he must have stolen from foreign tourists only. Hey! bro. you don't bribe police at "roeong puck" you do it while your bro. was arrested on spot. don't do it ever again (tee lung ya tum,tee lung ya tum)!!

D1 am pretty sure this story counts as news. A thief / fraudster and a potential wider gang of thieves / fraudsters arrested is the kind of story people will want to see. It will restore some people's confidence in the police too perhaps
