Korkaew seeks release on bail

A lawyer for Korkaew Pikulthong on Tuesday applied to the Criminal Court for bail for the Pheu Thai list MP so that he can join the nation in giving blessings to His Majesty the King on his birthday, Dec 5.

Lawyer Jessada Chandee offered 600,000 baht as collateral.

In the request, Mr Korkaew said he, as an MP, wanted to join the nation in giving His Majesty a birthday blessing on Dec 5, and to attend the garden party on Dec 7.

What a cheap Charley only 600,000 baht as collateral. Still he will need his money on the planed holiday between 8-14 Dec. Still he is a red shirt and he WILL get release on bail or they WILL have another rally. If they let him out it will be a joke.

Mr. Korkaew should have thought about the King's birthday,travel-plans and many other things before he committed the crimes that he did. Now,he's just sounding like a cry baby. The country will be much better off if he remains in prison.
