Court denies Korkaew's bail request

The Criminal Court yesterday rejected a request for bail by red-shirt leader and Pheu Thai MP Korkaew Pikulthong.

Korkaew: Reasons not good enough

Jessada Chandee, Mr Korkaew's lawyer, applied for bail for the Pheu Thai list-MP so he could join in today's celebrations for His Majesty the King's birthday. His lawyer offered 600,000 baht as surety.

Mr. Korkaew will not come back to thailand once the court allow him bail and travel abroad. It is a lesson learned from judges that they allowed Mr. Square dubai face to see Beijing games and did not return.

Congratulations to the court, seems Korkaew has suddenly so much less arrogance over him. And citing an upcoming trip to Italy , paid by us, is a typical hilarious red excuse...What would Korkaew do in Italy?? Study the practices of the Mafia? LOL...no need, he just has to watch some members of this government and all members of UDD
