After removing barbed wire barriers outside Government House on Thursday, protesters sealed the compound with the large flag, so no one can go in or out without their permission.
Amorn Amornrattananon, one of the core leaders of the student group, said protesters found that police had secretly rotated officers manning the compound force in the early hours of the morning, so the group decided to take a creative approach to monitoring movements in and out of Government House.
