The Criminal Court on Wednesday approved a request by the DSI for arrest warrants for 30 PDRC key figures for insurrection and seven other charges.

Mr Jermsak, the first in the group to report, met DSI special case officer Pol Maj Yutthana Praedum. He denied all the charges and said he would testify in court.

Pol Maj Yutthana granted Mr Jermsak bail with a surety bond of 500,000 baht. He is required to report to hear his indictment in court within 30 days.

Mr Jermsak is one of five academics and university lecturers wanted by the DSI for taking part in the months-long anti-government protests.
