About 3.5 a day have been killed since the violence erupted afresh in January 2004,

Sgt Saipetch Chankrachang was killed today marking the first victim of December 2012. Commiserations to his family. I wonder if Sukhumpol has spoken to his family. What do you think ? I doubt it.
