What happened to the extra security that teachers were promised by the government? What is the latest intelligence reports from the famous Pentagon 2 that Charem promoted so famously that would catch all these terrorists?

Wearing police uniforms, stealing a pickup trunk, and not forgetting the killing of 2 innocent teachers that were doing their job and happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Isn't anyone safe from these terrorists? Why is it so easy for them to just drive around and just randomly select innocent people for execution.
