PATTANI -- Two policemen were wounded by a bomb explosion on Thursday morning while providing security for teachers in Kapho district.
The blast occurred shortly before 8am as eight police from a special operations unit were patrolling in an armoured vehicle and two motorcycles along a road in tambon Karubi.
Two policemen were wounded and admitted to Kapho Hospital.
Explosive ordnance disposal police were examining the scene.
