Kritsada Wongkaew and Jirawat Sornwichien each scored twice as Thailand finally claimed their first ever win against their opponents in four meetings.

Kritsada put Thailand ahead after just four minutes before Ahmed Yousry equalised for the visitors in the 10th minute. Jirawat made it 2-1 in the 24th minute before Egypt tied the game again in the 26th from Eslam Asran and took the lead for the first time in the 35th minute via a goal from Almosatazbellah Samy.

Jirawat equalised for Thailand a minute later before Kritsada scored his second in the final minute to grab the victory for Thailand.

Thailand and four other teams _ Australia, Egypt, Panama and Solomon Islands _ are taking part in one round-robin series of matches as part of their preparations for the Futsal World Cup to be held in Bangkok and Nakhon Ratchasima next month.
