Ical should not keep on punching Tubagus when he raised both his hands in the air, he no longer can defend himself. Jacksprat is right that both the referee and Ical should be banned from boxing!

"Cornered by his opponent in the eighth round, Tubagus raised both his hands in the air to signify that he had given up. However, the referee failed to stop Ical from landing several clean blows to Tubagus’s head before stopping the fight."

So the referee and Ical should be taken to court for murder.
