London - Liverpool have accepted a bid of 49 million pounds ($76 million, 2.58 billion baht) from Manchester City for winger Raheem Sterling, media reports said Sunday.
He was dropped from Liverpool's 30-man squad for their match against a Thailand all-star team at Rajamangala National Stadium Tuesday evening (Thailand time).

Sterling's move is subject to his undergoing a medical and agreeing to personal terms with City, the BBC said.
The Telegraph newspaper said the fee is a record between two Premier League teams for an English player.
Sterling, 20, has two years left on his current contract at Liverpool and rejected a new 100,000-pounds-per-week deal in May.
The club then called off planned talks with the England international after his agent was quoted as saying he would not sign a new deal even if offered 900,000 pounds per week.
Sterling has scored 23 goals in 129 appearances since making his Liverpool debut in March 2012.
