Supreme Court gets a bad name

When the first building of the Supreme Court was built in 1939, Thailand had every right to be proud.

    Which minister and which ministry holds the budget for the Supreme Court and this work? That is who you should be talking to as annual budgets are subject to Cabinet and Parliamentary approval (unless this is another off budget approval). The minister responsible could stop this work if he chose, and require it to go though another round of justification, impact studies etc

    Unfortunately, the Supreme Court doesn't seem to care about history - they prefer it to just fade away from people's memories.
