Prime suspect - the video

A foreign man said to be the primary suspect in the bombing of the Erawan shrine on Aug 17 was arrested in Cambodia and handed over to Thai authorities on Tuesday, Sept 1. The suspect was believed to be on his way from Thailand to Phnom Penh when he was captured.
