After months of renovation, Central Food Hall on the 7th floor, CentralWorld unveiled its new look in May 2019. The food destination has been upgraded to the level of a Truly World Class food outlet, with bigger and better offerings that include a re-launch under the concept “Treat Your Culinary Senses to a New Level of Shopping and Dining”.
Set around our expansive dining area are our four new zones and Beverage Bar where you can relax and enjoy a selection of world class cuisine. Watch our expert chefs build a hand tossed pizza or create your own mouthwatering stir-fried Mongolian BBQ at our Deli Bar. Feel like something from our stunning array of shellfish and sushi at our fabulous Ocean Bar? Perhaps a healthy salad? Or a freshly made pasta dish at our Mediterranean Bar? You can also choose your favourite of cut meat cooked to your specification. If our diverse range of sumptuous dishes leave you spoiled for choice, you can always make your mind up over an early evening cocktail at our casual Beverage Bar. With over 200 seats set in a truly unique environment you’re guaranteed a sensory experience beyond your expectations. You won’t be charged corkage fee for any purchases made in the main food hall.
In addition to the upgraded grocery zone, the food store’s dining venue has introduced Chef’s Table, a monthly interactive dining event that lets customers dive into a multi-course menu of dishes inspired by the chefs' personal inspirations. With its contemporary ambience, this gastronomic experience lets diners explore a variety of new flavours. The concept of Chef’s Table changes each month. The course meal with wine pairings is capped at 10-14 seats at the counter bar where customers get to go behind the scene, watch their meal being prepared and interact with the chefs. Central Food Hall’s team of experts is led by Chef Timber David Suwannakoot, Executive Chef of Central Food Hall with culinary background from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Art in Portland, Oregon, USA, including professional experience in management and business owner. Central Food Hall also has two sommeliers to help select the perfect pairing for each course and introduce the chosen selection to the guests throughout the night. For the last course, Chef Rumjanbeni (Beni), Head Pastry Chef, is sure to make the dessert not a typical sweet one with her creative talents.
