SOARING TO WHIRLWIND SERVICES WITH PEA HERO PLATFORM

To achieve customer satisfaction for ever-changing electricity consumption needs, PEA

is handling an increase in demand for Solar Rooftop panels with “PEA Hero Platform Application”. The application has proven to be a significant digital platform, designed to respond to the modern lifestyle of the Thais.

PEA Solar Hero application lets consumers request a solar rooftop installation that is safe, convenient, certified sustainable, and well worth the money. LIGHTING UP THE COMMUNITY

Although 99% of villages in Thailand are properly wired for electricity, to ensure that many remote villages are distributed with the same quality of electricity as their urban counterpart, PEA has established the country’s first “Microgrid” substation at Khun Pae Village, Chom Thong District in Chiang Mai Province, followed by a similar site at Mae Sariang District in Mae Hong Son Province. The substations are designed to provide sufficient power to meet higher electricity consumption resulting from increasing home appliance usage and farming.

“Smart Grid” is another initiative aimed at providing sufficient electric power to support national-level industry in the EEC and other larger scale industries. The 116,308 smart meters will be installed in Pattaya City in Chon Buri Province by 2020.
