The Deepal L07, CHANGAN's inaugural electric fastback car, has earned the prestigious Red Dot Award 2023 Product Design Award (designated as SL03). Additionally, the Deepal S07, an electric SUV boasting a 5-seater configuration, seamlessly integrates advanced driving technology with a sleek and luxurious design, reflecting the lifestyle of modern individuals.

Besides Deepal, CHANGAN introduces two other smart NEV brands: AVATR, an Emotional Intelligent Companion. The Chongqing-based manufacturer, which bought 250 rai to build its factory in an industrial estate in the province, aims to produce right-hand drive electric vehicles in Thailand with a capacity of 100,000 vehicles per year in the first phase and will increase the capacity to 200,000 vehicles per year in the second phase. The company wants to produce both EVs and batteries for domestic and overseas sales, such as Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asian countries, in line with the above-mentioned business expansion strategies.
