My Undead Yokai Girlfriend

A unique collaboration of Japanese production and original script written by Yalun Tu and Zack Heins; the series will be directed by the acclaimed Takahiro Miki, popular for directing numerous live-action adaptations of original manga and teen-age love story novels. Shot in the traditional and beautiful city of Kyoto, the series depicts the extraordinary Japanese folklore of “Yokai" and “Otaku”, as a strange relationship of love and mystery is sparked between a lonely college student Tadashi, who wants nothing more than to find a girlfriend, and Izzy, a Yokai girl who accidentally finds herself bonded to him through a magical hex. But the quirky love story takes an unexpected and gripping twist as the true intention of Izzy is to exact revenge on a human family for an incident from more than 500 years ago.

Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant

A survival war drama, which follows US Army Sergeant John Kinley and an Afghan interpreter Ahmed. After an ambush, Ahmed goes to Herculean lengths to save Kinley’s life. When Kinley learns that Ahmed and his family were not given safe passage to America as promised, he must repay his debt by returning to the war zone to retrieve them before the Taliban hunts them down.
