Have you been paying attention to what's happened so far this year? It feels like it was only yesterday I was chasing down a rare Pokemon.
It's a tradition for media outlets to do a recap of past events as the New Year approaches. Being an esteemed publication (and to accommodate for the collective shrinking of our attention spans), we would like to send off 2016 lightheartedly with our collection of memes, some of which are homegrown. They capture this year's memorable moments, for better or worse.
