Taro is one of the favorite local ingredients for many desserts and appetizers in Southeast Asia and Southern India. It is rich in nutrients which include carbohydrate, calcium, fiber, potassium, vitamins A, B and C. Hilton Pattaya invites you to enjoy a variety of flavorful taro dishes throughout December only.

‘Flare’ Restaurant introduces a Chinese style appetizer ‘Taro and Shrimp Tofu Stir-fried with Cashew Nuts and Shiitake’ at Baht 550 net. For Thai dessert lovers, do not miss ‘Sweet Taro Dumpling with Young Coconut in Homemade Coconut Milk’ at Baht 250 net. Available every day at Flare Restaurant on level 15 from 6pm–10.30pm.

Enjoy the view with an array of delicious appetizers and desserts at ‘Drift’ Lobby Lounge & Bar including ‘Taro Takoyaki’ at Baht 450 net, ‘Taro and Chicken Quesadilla’ at Baht 350 net, ‘Purple Taro’ crepe filled with shredded pork and vegetables served with sesame sauce at B aht 350 net, ‘Taro Pie’ at Baht 80 net, ‘Taro & Chocolate Mousse’ at Baht 150 and ‘Taro Coconut Cake’ at Baht 150 net. ‘Horizon’ Rooftop Restaurant & Bar’s Chef creates a special Italian dish featuring taro, ‘Taro Gnocchi’ comes together with Alaskan king crab, Japanese scallop and tiger prawn served in creamy coconut cream sauce at Baht 1,050 net. Available every day in December only at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on level 34 from 6pm–11pm.
