Begin 2019 with Cheese@SO in collaboration with VIVIN Maison on Friday 4 January 2019. Offering local cheese selections, yet made by traditional French technique, the distinctive combination of French know-how adapted to local Thai cuisine created by the founder of VIVIN Maison, Nicholas Vivin.

With this special edition our Head Culinary Chef Thomas Smith picks the finest cheese selections including: Halloumi, Huay Bong, Le Doi Pao, Moléne, Tha Sai Blue, Bûchette, Colliné, Longkhot ashed, Petit blanc, Santhong Tomme de Chévre, Mae lao, Goat Rucotta and Ciboulet.

Enjoy full two hours of free-flow grape juice tipples with many types of cheese ranging Comté to Brillat-Savarin and Raclette, accompanied with artisanal breads, cold cuts, charcuterie, trimmings, plus live DJ.

Only on Friday 4 January 2019, from 7pm - 9pm at MIXO Bar 9th floor.
