The Central International Watch Fair 2020 is being staged under the new normal and social distancing measures but it still allows visitors to get up close and personal with the novelties of the numerous participating brands.

The diversity of the timepieces falls under the following five trends: Classic Statements, Modern Vintage, Individual Luxury, Future Tech and The Spirit of Collaboration.

Classic Statements refers to the timeless and luxury models sought by watch connoisseurs. These pieces are priced excessively high but their ever-increasing value makes them a good bet for investment as well as a treasure to pass on to the next generation.

Modern Vintage is about the comeback of classics in contemporary guise while Individual Luxury boasts expressive bespoke pieces that reflect the owner's personality. In addition, these pieces are about dressing the dial in bold colours, such as blue and green.

Meeting the lifestyle requirements of the new generation, multifunctional smartwatches fall under the Future Tech trend. Meanwhile, thanks to various partnerships, there are also some beautiful timepieces under The Spirit of Collaboration collection.
