A collaboration with Disney and esteemed art platform APPortfolio, the extraordinary exhibition will deliver the visionary artistry of Satoru Koizumi, a renowned artist whose captivating wood carvings have been active in many international art fairs and exhibitions.

In this exclusive show, viewers will embark on a transformative journey through the enchanting realm of Disney, capturing the essence of beloved characters while exploring the profound depths of human emotions.

They will be fascinated with Koizumi's expertly crafted wood and resin sculptures inspired by eight Disney animations; large sculptures of Mickey Mouse, Strawberry Bear, Tigger and Stitch with a height of 150cm; and aromatherapy diffuser sculptures and woodblock prints.

Other highlights will be the "Manuscript Series" which combines classic and original woodcarvings with colourful Disney manuscripts; and original sculptures of children wearing adorable animal costumes juxtaposing cuteness with underlying feelings of confusion and loneliness.

An exclusive offering for Thai collectors will be a collection of rare and limited-edition resin artworks featuring Disney's Piglet and Stitch characters. They are available for purchase exclusively at the exhibition.

This is the first show of Maison JE Bangkok, a new art space that aims to merge art and life into a refined lifestyle brand. It is located on Surawong Road and opens daily from 10am to 7pm. There is no admission fee.
