The British Community in Thailand Foundation for the Needy is holding the highly anticipated "Ploenchit Fair" to Bangkok Patana School on Nov 24 from 10am to 9pm.
The ‘Ploenchit Fair’ will celebrate its 55th year of assisting those in need at Bangkok Patana School on Nov 24.
Held to support charity projects in Thailand, promoting self-sufficiency and improving the lives of those in need, the annual bazaar will feature an array of outdoor attractions and entertainment in a fun-filled day with family and friends.
Kids will enjoy riding the ferris wheel, carousel, Transpo's giant wave slide, testing their skills at the shooting gallery, King of the Mountain, water roller ball the bungy, and games stalls.
Bumrungrad's Father Christmas will be paying an early visit to the fair for younger members.
Adults will enjoy more than 60 shopping outlets at Petticoat Lane, which has charity stalls selling a vast assortment of treasures ranging from clothes, gifts and cosmetics to international cuisines such as Sunrise Tacos with frosty margaritas, Witch's British Fish and Chips, Flavours of India, Masala Art and all sorts of Thai food.
Stalls will offer fun and interactive games for everyone, with a chance to win prizes, including round-trip tickets to London.
Since its inception at the British Embassy in 1956, the Ploenchit Fair has become one of the biggest and most-loved events on Bangkok's social calendar.
All proceeds will go towards helping those in need.
