Wang outplayed Olympic champion An Se-Young of South Korea 21-17, 21-14, while Han denied Japan's Aya Ohori 21-17, 21-13 to set up an all-Chinese title decider at the US$2.5 million (approx 85 million baht) tournament at Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre.
In the mixed doubles semi-finals, Zheng Siwei and Huang Yaqiong defeated fellow Chinese Jiang Zhenbang and Wei Yaxin 21-11, 21-18.
They will play Malaysian pair Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei, who defeated compatriots Goh Soon Huat and Shevon Jemie Lai 21-15, 21-12.
Women's doubles players Baek Ha-Na and Lee So-Hee of South Korea booked their berth in the final after they defeated Liu Shengshu and Tan Ning of China 21-14, 22-20.
They will play Nami Matsuyama and Chiharu Shida in the final after the Japanese pair knocked out Chen Qingchen and Jia Yifan of China 23-21, 21-13.
Thai men's singles hope Kunlavut Vitidsarn bowed out of the tournament on Friday after losing to Jonatan Christie of Indonesia 15-21, 12-21 in a winner-takes-all clash in the final Group B match.
Christie was to play Anders Antonsen of Denmark in the men's singles semi-final while Taiwan's Chou Tien-chen was to meet China's Shi Yuqi in the other last-four clash last night.
Thai women's singles players Busanan Ongbamrungphan and Supanida Katethong were also beaten on Friday as they bowed out of the tournament without a win.
