A shot behind leader Titiya Pluckstaporn after two rounds in the third event of the Singh-SAT Thai LPGA Championship 2012, the 25-year-old from Chiang Mai made two birdies in a bogey-free round at Panya Intra Golf Club.

Nontaya, who won the season's second tournament last month, took home 71,000 baht from the 500,000 baht total purse.

"I am glad to win because I was so tired in the final round," said Nontaya who is taking a break from the Ladies European Tour after five events.

Ranked 30th in the LET Order of Merit, Nontaya will next play at the LET South African Women's Open from July 13-15.

The runner-up spot went to amatuer Saruenee Thitirattakorn who shot a 71 for 215.

LET player Titiya had a round to forget when she shot a 78 to share third with Kusuma Meechai (74) and amateur Onnicha Konsantie (76) on 217.

The fourth event of the season will be held at Green Valley Country Club from Aug 8-10
