Kulshaan joined the executive team on October 1, 2019, reporting directly to Dillip Rajakarier, Chief Operating Officer, taking responsibility for building and managing MINT’s global employer brand across its three core business groups – Minor Hotels, Minor Food, and Minor Lifestyle.

“Based out of MINT’s headquarters in Bangkok, Kulshaan will oversee the “People Agenda” of the Company as it continues to roll out its strategic digital and people solution to attract, motivate and retain talents,” says William Ellwood Heinecke,

Chairman. “He will be working closely with other key departments on various projects and play a significant role in the Company’s organization transformation.”

“Kulshaan has acquired more than 20 years of success in many senior executive positions of global companies: Aon Hewitt Southeast Asia, Mercer Singapore, and most recently C.P. Group, both in Thailand and the region. He has had global experience in the professional services and management consulting industry, with expertise in talent & leadership development, organization change & HR transformation, employee engagement, and performance. He has delivered significant value in ensuring the alignment of people agenda and companies’ strategic goals for the CEOs and has partnered in execution and implementation of transformation strategies. I am delighted that he is inspired by the challenging business growth of MINT and decided to join us.”

“Kulshaan expressed his excitement to embark on his new chapter at MINT, citing that his priorities include growth and skill building opportunities for the Company’s highly engaged workforce as well as melding work, passion and purpose for each of our employees. He further noted that MINT will continue to promote health and well-being for all employees as well as create a uniquely diverse and inclusive global workforce.”

“Driven by curiosity and drive to give back, Kulshaan has been closely associated with several prestigious academic institutions. He is adjunct faculty at Sasin (MBA), Panyapiwat Institute of Management (iMBA) and NUS Singapore Business School (BBA and MBA). He also teaches at BBA International Program at Thammasat University. He obtained an MBA from XLRI School of Management Jamshedpur, India and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in man-machine productivity.”

“Moreover, Kulshaan also has a lifelong love for sport and physical activity. He has played competitive cricket in India, Singapore, and Thailand. He is a life member at The Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC) and Singapore Cricket Club. He is an enthusiast of long-distance cycling and also learning to be a chef. His wife and two teenage sons live in Singapore.”

“Finally, my sincere gratitude goes to Jeed, who has been with MINT for over 30 years and has assumed the role of CPO of MINT during the past 19 years. Jeed is a tremendous asset to our organization on multiple fronts. As she takes on her new role at our long-standing strategic partner S&P, I believe she will be able to contribute to growth of S&P, which will in turn be beneficial to MINT as its shareholder.”

“Please join me in welcoming Kulshaan to MINT and lending him support as he takes on his new responsibilities.”
