Thai Oil Public Company Limited, led by Mr. Wirat Uanarumit (right), Chief Executive Officer and President, won “Sustainability Excellence 2019 in the category of Sustainability Award of Honour”, the highest level award presented by Dr. Chaiyawat Wibulswasdi , Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
It is the 3rd consecutive year Thaioil has won the award. Thaioil also won the “Best Investor Relations Award – SET Market Capitalization of over 100 billion baht”, received by Ms. Pattaralada Sa-Ngasang, Executive Vice President – Finance and Accounting. Thaioil also won “Thailand Sustainability Investment Award 2019 (THIS)” for the 5th consecutive year. The award was received by Mr. Viroj Meenaphant, Executive Vice President – Corporate Governance and Affairs. The ceremony was held at SET building, Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok.
The event was organised by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money & Banking Magazine. The SET Sustainability Awards 2019 is designed to recognise outstanding listed company for being inspiring role models for sustainable business performance and applying environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues as mechanisms to effectively develop sustainable business.
